Shipping policy

KM Carburetor ships orders daily.  Orders for in stock items placed by 12:00 hrs EST will ship same business day.  Orders placed after 12:00 hrs EST ship next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 hrs EST the day before a USPS recognized holiday or on a USPS recognized holiday will ship the next business day.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order in that time frame , we will contact you via the email address used at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (within USA)

Shipping within the United States is handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).  Various shipping speeds are able to be selected at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is available.  We use the United States Postal Service international package services or DHL international service as chosen by the customer at checkout.  We strongly recommend DHL for international deliveries, as tracking with USPS for international shipments can be problematic and the travel time can be quite long.

Duties, taxes and import fees for both domestic and international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.  We use proper customs codes for our products and cannot change them for customs declarations.

Shipping Addresses and Carrier Issues

Buyers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct.  We only ship to verified addresses as entered by the buyer at the time of purchase.  Due to potential fraud, we will not change the shipping address after an order has been confirmed under any circumstances. 

We believe that with few exceptions, packages shipped are our responsibility until the tracking information shows a successful delivery or delivery attempt.  Exceptions include customer providing an incorrect delivery address, packages seized by the carrier or authorities and unfavorable conditions at customers provided shipping address that prevent the package from being delivered.   Customer error or adverse delivery conditions that result in an undelivered package that is returned to sender in new condition may be refunded to the buyer less shipping charges.  Customer error or conditions at the customers shipping address that result in an undelivered package that is not returned to sender will not be eligible for refund.
